Whether you need a simple insurance repair or are contemplating an extensive remodel we can help. With currently over 800 existing patterns ready to run, let MBS be your source for both interior and exterior trim. Don’t see what you want, our in house CAD designer will take your sketch, picture or existing profile and turn it into a computer drawing.
After you approve this drawing a template is made from which your custom knives are ground in our tool room. This again is done at the shop giving us complete control over the quality of your project from start to finish. With a large local supplier network different wood species such as Red Oak, Maple, Cherry and Mahogany can be obtained based on your preference of material. Finally with your selected pattern and material now ready your project is run through one of our two moulders. Upon exiting the machines each and every piece is inspected with quality as our primary goal.
Additionally, our shop can custom create items such as cupolas, window shutters, screen doors, large exterior cedar brackets, trellis beams, box and tapered columns. For the interior we can fabricate arched jambs with radius casing, fireplace mantles and shelves using different species of solid wood. Our knowledgeable staff will come to your location and take measurements for radius trim and all mantles to ensure a perfect fit and that your mantle will comply with building codes.
